This is A beginner friendly 12 week Half Marathon plan. My advise is that you work your way up from the 10K plan to this one (if you have not done that already) You can run at home, your gym, on a treadmill, even right on the street where you live! Start very slow, very short duration as low as just a few minutes and you will see how this plan can get you prepared to run your Half Marathon in 12 weeks!
