Ironman 70.3 Tri Cities Bike Ride -(Final Ride
Coach Marques and friends will ride the new Ironman 70.3 Tri Cities course, this ride is the final ride. We want to give everyone an opportunity to scout and adapt to the course. Be prepared to ride the entire 56 miles. Bring your bike and your nutrition and let's get you stronger.

About the event
Marques Garcia Coaching is proud to organize this bike ride - we will ride the entire course and there will be SAG Support, refreshments and snacks, however athletes are responsible for their own ride nutrition and equipment. Practice flax fix and bring your own flat fix kit to be able to ride (even if you are riding tubeless). Athletes will get email updates and we will post on social media especially on the IM Tri Cities Facebook Group. This is a one day event. See you at T1 at Columbia Point Park in Richland.
